Hotel Reservations: PBS has reserved a block of rooms at a special conference rate for single and double rooms at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. The rate is $165 per night, plus tax.
The block is also available for nights beyond the conference dates of April 11-13, 2012. When planning a large meeting, PBS reserves a block of rooms at the hotel(s), and the hotel contract includes attrition charges if we fail to fill the room block.
By staying at Caesars Palace, you can take advantage of the following:
- An easy “commute” to the conference each morning and evening
- Opportunities to network more easily at a central hotel where most attendees are staying
- Low registration rates by helping PBS avoid attrition charges, and providing a more accurate count of attendees for commitments such as food and beverage guarantees.
Please note that there is limited space within our hotel room block. Please register for the conference first, and then book your room early to ensure that you are able to secure our negotiated rate. Reservations must be made at Caesars Palace by March 2, 2012. To reserve your room, you have two options:
