For the last several years, we have worked hard to keep the registration rates low while still providing a valuable conference experience. Despite increased costs, we have committed to keeping our rates flat this year and have not increased any registration fees.

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES 

Please note that categories including NAB will only be available through March 2, 2012. 

Early Bird and NAB Registration end Friday, March 2, 2012. After this date, registration costs increase by $100 and you will no longer be able to register for NAB through PBS.

Advance Registration closes Friday, March 30, 2012. After March 30, registrations must be made on site at the registration desk and include a processing fee.

HOW TO REGISTER 

All registrations for the 2012 PBS Technology Conference must be pre-paid. Each completed registration form must be accompanied by a check or complete credit card information. We regret that purchase orders cannot be accepted. Company or personal checks are accepted, as are American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Registration forms with incomplete payment information will not be processed.

Please note that NAB registration must be received by March 2, 2012.

***If you are paying by check, the check must be received on or before March 2 to receive the early bird rate and to register for NAB.*** 

·Download, print and complete a registration form. (Adobe Acrobat Reader required). CLICK the PDF image to download a registration form TC12 Full Registration.pdf (127.0 KB)  

·Mail the registration form with a check. A company or personal check must accompany the registration form. Please make the check payable to PBS Technology Conference. Registration forms must be pre-paid and sent to: PBS Conference Management, Attention: Sonja Johnson, 2100 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202.

·Mail the registration form with completed credit card information toPBS Conference Management, Attention: Sonja Johnson, 2100 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202 or fax to 703-739-8444. Registrations received via fax without complete credit card information will not be processed.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATIONS

When your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirming your registration. If you register online and do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact Sonja Johnson at 703-739-8464 or sjjohnson@pbs.org.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS

Registration cancellations and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Sonja Johnson at sjjohnson@pbs.org or fax # (703) 739-8444.

Registration cancellations postmarked or faxed on or before March 15 will receive a full refund. This includes NAB badge cancellation. No refunds will be issued for NAB cancellations after March 2.

Registration cancellations received between March 16 and March 30 will receive a full refund or credit minus a $100 cancellation fee.

There will be no refunds for cancellations received on or after March 31, or for conference no-shows.

BADGE PICKUP

Badges will NOT be mailed in advance. You may pick up your credentials at the registration desk on-side at the conference.
