Dear 2015 TechCon Attendees, Speakers, Sponsors & Exhibitors;

It has come to the attention of PBS that a third party “housing” company named Exhibitor Housing Services (EHS) may be cold calling TechCon attendees offering to book hotel rooms for the 2015 PBS Technology Conference at Caesars Palace, and may be implying that the company is affiliated with TechCon. The EHS representative may urge attendees to book rooms for TechCon immediately through the company, stating that “rooms are close to selling out.”

Registration and reservations for the Hotel room block are not open yet for 2015 PBS TechCon. PBS will announce that information in January.

EXHIBITOR HOUSING SERVICES IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH PBS, TECHCON, OR CAESARS PALACE. IF YOU RECEIVE A PHONE CALL OR ANY CONTACT FROM EHS, PBS RECOMMENDS THAT YOU DO NOT PROVIDE EHS WITH ANY PERSONAL OR BUSINESS INFORMATION.

Official registration for 2015 PBS TechCon will open in January 2015. Information regarding official registration and hotel room reservation will come directly from PBS via email and the TechCon website. When registration opens, you will be able to book your hotel rooms in the same manner as you have in prior years. PBS will provide direct links and information as to how to register for TechCon and book within the PBS room block at Caesars. Hotel reservations made outside of the procedures established by PBS will not count toward PBS’s room block requirement.

If you receive an email or other communications from EHS, or any other company offering similar services, please forward the information to Kevin Ruppenthal at kruppenthal@pbs.org. Contact Kevin if you have any questions or concerns, or if you have made a reservation through Exhibitor Housing Services.
